Storyline: After New York-based Akash unauthorizedly takes a loan of 12 Million dollars, the market crashes, and the bank decides to call in the loan. This does not auger well with his partners/co-workers, who stand to lose everything. Unable to face their wrath/accusations, he decides to end his life by jumping from the Manhattan Bridge. It is here he meets with Kiara, with a bottle of alcohol in her hand, who is disillusioned after being dumped by her childhood boyfriend, Kunal. After numerous attempts at suicide fail, both decide to live it up temporarily and kill themselves on New Year's Day 2010. Watch what happens to the duo as the deadline to end their lives draws closer.
